Cotton Flock

Are a great filler mixed with epoxy for gluing structural areas R/C Aircraft - it helps thicken the epoxy, fill gaps better, and is incredibly strong. We us Cotton Flock for fitting of bulkeads and formers in composite airframes. also a great filler for filling holes through firewalls etc - can be re-drilled once set and is extremely hard. if you drill a prop wrongly, simply fill holes with a mix of cotton flock and laminating epoxy, let it set and redrill new holes!

Micro fibres, a fine fibre, is used as a thickening additive with resin/hardener to create a multi-purpose adhesive, especially for bonding wood. Epoxy thickened with micro fibres has good gap-filling qualities while retaining excellent wetting/penetrating capability.

This produces a strong non-sandable durable Paste. ( if you need a sandable filler use microballoons ) Mix a small amount of resin and correct ratio of hardener. Spoon out the required amount of micro fibres into a mixing pot and add a small amount of the Activated resin and hardener into the micro fibres to form a paste for fillets.

This product is made up of particles that are incredibly small and light and will become airborne as soon as the material is scooped, moved or mixed. Always wear protective gloves and a dust mask when handling this product in its raw state.
